like a watched pot

Yesterday morning (Sunday), around two am, I passed out. I finished the baby quilt I had made for Corie and Abbey. I am not anywhere near RQM, it's a simple nine patch with pretty pink colors, and a tag on the back that says "Handmade with Love by ...". I then woke up about nine, got ready and picked Hannah up for lunch.

I remembered it was Oscar night, so Larry came to pick Hannah up and I stayed at Corie's to watch the show and eat chocolate.

Somewhere after best supporting actress and editing, she began having contractions. They stayed consistent through best picture. Somewhere between the Govenor's Ball and the Vanity Fair party, she woke Dwayne up. They are on their way to the hospital now.

Her mom is still in Corpus, so I am here watching Austin and waiting to go the the hospital when he wakes up. I really hope I don't miss it! It was a good thing I stayed though, with her mom being gone, there is no one here for Austin.

Her contractions were four minutes apart when she left.

We are going to have a baby today!
